Evidence & current status

Published performance is supplier-reported and configuration dependent; operational use does not independently validate every specification.

FLYEYE is a small electric fixed-wing reconnaissance aircraft developed by Flytronic within Poland's WB GROUP. Its observation module combines daylight and thermal imagery, with alternative mission modules available. Hand launch and autonomous recovery reduce dependence on airfield infrastructure, while the aircraft's motor-glider configuration distinguishes it from a hovering quadcopter.

The family has undergone several upgrades. WB reported its thousandth aircraft, a FlyEye 3.6, leaving production in March 2024. In August 2025 it confirmed production in Ukraine and identified the Ukrainian armed forces as a major user. Poland is also an established military operator. The June 2026 procurement announcement adds a substantial new Polish order; this is a commitment to further deliveries, not a count of aircraft already in service.

Specifications here follow the current English product page unless otherwise identified. Older brochures show different endurance and altitude figures. Their values should not be combined into an imaginary single configuration. Radio-link range, total distance travelled and time airborne describe different limits.
