Role & programme
A Russian long-range one-way aircraft family whose production network is described in a US Treasury attribution published in October 2024.
Treasury’s action identifies the Garpiya programme and Chinese industrial participation. Such attribution establishes a production-network account, not a complete airframe specification or proof of performance. A1 and subsequent Garpiya reports should be tracked separately as evidence improves. It is not the Israeli HARPY despite similar English spelling.
