Evidence & current status
Ukrainian partner role is explicit but its identity and the ER airframe specifications remain undisclosed. No operational fleet is inferred. The reviewed announcement does not establish whether the ER air vehicle is recovered; no one-way or reusable classification is inferred.
Insta Steel Eagle ER is a jointly developed drone-based defence product. Insta's January 2025 announcement identifies its own contribution and attributes the aircraft equipment to a Ukrainian partner without naming that company. The joint-country attribution is therefore supported, while the air-vehicle manufacturer remains explicitly undisclosed.
The product should not be treated as a wholly Finnish airframe solely because Insta markets the integrated system. Nor should figures for the earlier Steel Eagle or for a visually similar commercial drone be substituted for the ER aircraft. The reviewed announcement does not establish a full numerical flight-performance baseline.
This profile records identity, industrial responsibilities and supplier-reported development status. It does not infer fleet acceptance from a promotional launch or turn component characteristics into aircraft payload or endurance values. A model-specific air-vehicle data sheet and a named customer acceptance statement remain useful next evidence steps.

Figures apply to the named configuration. Maximum values are not guaranteed operating performance.
