Public programme evidence establishes the stated maturity only; unreported numerical data remain unknown.
KMZ described this uncrewed hydrographic vessel in its April 2024 account of the Expotechnostrazh exhibition. The company explicitly says that the design used the RK-700M, project 03080, as its starting point. It describes a composite hull, modular construction and a system package including a transport trailer, portable operator workstation and command/transport module.
The published mass and carrying-capacity figures give the exhibit a useful technical identity even though the announcement does not assign it a distinct commercial model name. This profile uses a descriptive title rather than inventing one. Its survey and coastal-observation purposes are relevant to both civil and defence users, but no customer acceptance or naval production quantity is established by the exhibition account.
The craft is not automatically merged with the earlier university-associated Vizir-M prototype. Different names and development histories can conceal different hulls, and the reviewed announcement does not resolve that relationship. It also does not substantiate performance figures circulated for later military Vizir derivatives. Future updates need an exact manufacturer designation and a dated configuration sheet before adding propulsion, speed, endurance or sea-state limits.
