Evidence & current status
Navy use does not establish the number or specification of every accepted aircraft.
Nauru 500C ISR is Xmobots' intermediate surveillance aircraft, combining fixed-wing cruise with vertical take-off and landing. Its equipment supports day-and-night imagery. Ground-terminal options form part of the complete configuration and can change the communications distance.
The Brazilian Navy's ARAMUSS 2025 account documents use of the 500C and describes a four-hour endurance class. Xmobots also identifies naval and government users. This is stronger evidence of real use than a catalogue, although an exercise does not supply a complete accepted-fleet inventory or validate every later maritime modification.
The 500C remains separate from the much larger Nauru 1000C and smaller 100D. Portable-link and higher-gain-terminal ranges must not be presented as competing aircraft travel distances. Later offshore adaptation programmes need their own trials and acceptance evidence before their equipment or performance is applied to the baseline.
