Evidence & current status

Government equipment presentation supports the aircraft's existence and role. Complete current airframe specifications and fleet quantities are not established.

Pegaz is a Serbian remotely piloted aircraft programme associated with the Military Technical Institute. The Ministry of Defence describes the current aircraft as a medium-range platform with an internal-combustion engine, intended for reconnaissance and additional military roles. Its catalogue presentation is separate from the Chinese CH-92A and CH-95 aircraft also shown in Serbian service.

The ministry's contemporary equipment material gives more than ten hours of flight duration and an operational radius exceeding 200 km. Those figures should not be back-applied to every earlier Pegaz prototype: the programme has appeared in public testing and exhibitions over a long period. A 2022 ministry report documents trials, while the later equipment presentation demonstrates continued official recognition of the aircraft.

The record uses the latest reviewed government description rather than assembling a hybrid specification from early prototypes and later displays. Exact current dimensions, mass and customer configuration are not established by those pages. Serbia is the documented military user; the sources reviewed do not justify a claim of widespread export service or a complete current fleet count.
