Evidence & current status
Original family announcement supports identity and intended configuration. Variant-specific acceptance and complete technical baselines remain open.
EDGE introduced the original QX family at IDEX 2021. The announcement distinguishes small rotary-wing members from QX-4, a fixed-wing design with vertical take-off and landing. The family name is useful for navigation but does not describe one common aircraft or a single set of performance figures.
This record covers QX-1 through QX-4 in that announcement. Later QX-labelled reconnaissance or cargo products must be assessed separately; their presence in the wider portfolio does not change the original four variants into the same mission class.
The launch release establishes public existence and intended roles. It is insufficient evidence of a delivered operational fleet for each named variant. Dimensions, mass and endurance therefore need variant-specific product sheets before being presented as comparable numbers. Unspecified values remain open, and the four names are not inflated into four fully documented profiles merely to increase catalogue totals.
Sourced specifications
Figures apply to the named configuration. Maximum values are not guaranteed operating performance.
