Evidence & current status
2023 contract covers two SHADOW types; per-type acceptance and delivery totals remain unverified.
SHADOW 25 is the jet-powered member of ADASI’s SHADOW range. EDGE’s current product page supplies dimensions, a one-hour endurance claim and maximum speed. Its 2025 catalogue provides a fuller mass baseline. The February 2023 contract announcement names both SHADOW 25 and SHADOW 50 for the UAE Armed Forces.
The shared contract supports an order classification, but it does not provide separate delivered quantities or a current operational inventory for either aircraft. The two configurations need separate profiles: their propulsion and endurance differ substantially in the versioned catalogue.
The displayed performance describes supplier claims under unspecified mission conditions. In particular, the stated communications reach must not be presented as an equivalent mission radius or total flight distance. Later exhibitions or repeat contract references do not constitute additional procurement events unless the announcement identifies a new commitment.
