Group and geography

TEKEVER combines an uncrewed-aircraft business with wider software and space activities. Its company history distinguishes TEKEVER Digital and TEKEVER Space from its UAS work. Its published contact network includes Portugal, the United Kingdom, France, the United States and Estonia; these locations should not all be assumed to perform the same manufacturing or programme role.

The current aircraft portfolio includes AR3, AR5 and ARX, alongside the ATLAS intelligence-service offering. This makes TEKEVER relevant both as an aircraft supplier and as a provider of information gathered and processed through an uncrewed system.

Documented defence programmes

The RAF's StormShroud shows how the company's aircraft can become part of a larger system. The UK's Defence Science and Technology Laboratory identifies the combination as a TEKEVER AR3 air platform carrying Leonardo's BriteStorm electronic-warfare payload, developed through work involving Dstl, the RAF's Rapid Capabilities Office and Defence Equipment & Support. TEKEVER supplies the aircraft; it should not receive sole attribution for the complete electronic-warfare capability.

AR5 is also the selected aircraft for the British Army's CORVUS surveillance programme. The Ministry of Defence's July 2026 announcement described an initial six aircraft, with up to 24 by 2029. TEKEVER subsequently announced contract signature on 16 September 2026, with a ceiling of £400 million. These are procurement and intended-delivery milestones, not a statement that all aircraft are already fielded.

Industrial development

TEKEVER says CORVUS aircraft manufacture will centre on its Swindon facility, supported by its wider UK engineering, training and operating network. Its July 2026 agreement with composite specialist iCOMAT concerns further collaboration on AR5 industrialisation. The published document describes a memorandum of understanding; the existence of an MoU does not by itself verify a particular production rate.

On 1 September 2026 TEKEVER announced its acquisition of Edinburgh-based Flowcopter, whose technology concerns hydraulic transmission for aerospace propulsion. That expands the group's technology interests but should not be interpreted as proof that the acquired technology is already fitted to AR3 or AR5 aircraft.

Evidence and boundaries

Government releases substantiate the named UK programmes, while company releases describe industrial arrangements and expansion plans. Ukraine flight-hour totals remain attributed company claims unless independently corroborated. The CORVUS contract ceiling and TEKEVER's separate industrial investment programme are different commitments, even where similar headline amounts appear. Aircraft configuration, payload provider, delivery status and support arrangements should remain explicit in any comparison.
