Scope and evidence
This audit covers the original research register for Land systems coverage audit & research gaps. The review below records work completed on 21 September 2026. Resolved means the named research task was addressed, not that every national programme or undisclosed capability is catalogued. Partially resolved topics now have published evidence but retain a narrower question.
Ukraine — Partially resolved
Liut, additional logistics families and newly approved ground robots. Added LIUT with supplier identity and official use evidence, Zmiy Droid with a separately qualified 2026 authorisation, and Ratel M as a distinct logistics offering. Rechecked Ratel H control equipment while preserving its conflicting payload/range claims.
Russia — Partially resolved
Uran-6, Uran-9 and additional ground-robot families. Added separate Uran-6 engineering and Uran-9 combat-vehicle profiles from current SKB MO RF product pages. Documented use is retained for Uran-6; current Uran-9 status remains supplier-reported because this review did not establish a dated present fleet acceptance.
China — Partially resolved
Military quadrupeds, robot wolves and tracked ground platforms. The March 2026 MoD account identifies the robot-wolf developer and three role names, supporting a qualified family profile. Earlier Golden Dragon robot dogs remain unnamed; the Sharp Claw lead was checked but the direct original unit announcement and current manufacturer sheet were not obtained.
India — Partially resolved
MUNTRA and DRDO's other ground-robot programmes. Added MUNTRA from DRDO technical publications, separating S surveillance, M mine-detection and N hazardous-environment variants from the crewed B control vehicle. The reviewed primary account establishes a research/trials programme; newer press-clipping PDFs do not verify present acceptance.
Australia — Partially resolved
ATLAS CCV and optionally crewed vehicle demonstrations. Added ATLAS CCV with partners, driving-mode distinctions and configuration-qualified specifications. The 2025 VANTAGE firing event used a Patria AMV host and is not counted as ATLAS vehicle acceptance.
Israel — Partially resolved
REX MK III data reconciliation and wider engineering-robot portfolio. Added RobDozer, RobARC/Sahar, RoboCon and RoBattle as distinct IAI products. Rechecked REX MK III and added its optional sensor description while retaining the manufacturer page's contradictory payload and total-distance figures.
Türkiye — Partially resolved
BARKAN 3 acceptance, KAPGAN and other domestic platforms. Added KAPGAN using its current larger configuration, retaining the older catalogue as a separate baseline. Rechecked the 5 June 2026 EFES account: BARKAN-2 exercise use is explicit, while BARKAN-3 is described as continued development.
Canada — Partially resolved
Mission Master SP2/CXT2 and amphibious-kit configuration data. Expanded the family register to SP2/CXT2/XT2 and added current CXT2/XT2 payload and travel-distance claims with explicit version labels. The September 2026 USMC procurement announcement names SP vehicles and marine kits, so it is not silently renamed an SP2 delivery.

Obtain dated acceptance/delivery records for Zmiy Droid and Ratel M, reconcile Ratel H/M payload and distance wording, and continue named engineering/logistics candidates beyond this batch. UFORCE's LIUT page has inconsistent speed/link figures; request a dated configuration sheet.

Current Uran fleets, upgrades and remaining Russian ground families
Find dated operator acceptance and fleet/configuration evidence, especially for Uran-9. Reconcile the manufacturer's inconsistent Uran-9 control-distance claims and trace older corporate identities through a primary legal or company record. Further robots require their own product identities rather than shared Uran figures.

Sharp Claw and unnamed quadruped identities; acceptance evidence
Verify Sharp Claw I/II against original Norinco or PLA product/unit records and establish current variants. Resolve identities of Golden Dragon 2024 quadrupeds without attributing them by appearance. Robot-wolf demonstration claims do not establish a general operational fleet.

MUNTRA post-2018 status and newer Indian logistics robots
Retrieve later DRDO or operator trials, contracts and acceptance statements, with configuration-specific data. The older Technology Focus PDF is indexed but its original endpoint is intermittent, so archive recovery is also needed. Wider Indian logistics and robotic conversion programmes remain outside this initial MUNTRA addition.

ATLAS complete-vehicle trials and customer decisions
Obtain dated complete-vehicle trial reports, customer procurement decisions and later configuration sheets. Separate optional-crewing demonstrators and payload-host testbeds from the eight-wheel ATLAS CCV rather than inheriting acceptance from turret trials.

Obtain a dated REX MK III sheet resolving the conflicting payload/range figures and named customer evidence. For the four newly profiled IAI systems, identify host/configuration dimensions and current operator acceptance; do not infer Panda equivalence or assign generic bulldozer/truck data.

BARKAN-3 acceptance and current KAPGAN configuration sheet
Seek BARKAN-3 dated contracts, deliveries and acceptance, plus its own numerical specification table. Resolve KAPGAN's printed speed-unit error and current versus older mass/dimensions/endurance. A generic 'operationally proven' phrase does not establish KAPGAN customer acceptance.

Obtain dated mass, dimensions and performance sheets for SP2 and the ordered marine-kit configuration; verify delivered versus ordered quantities. Do not combine current CXT2/XT2 claims with 2024 first-generation dimensions or assume the announcement's SP means SP2.
